How does booking an excursion in Hurghada or Marsa Alam work?
Booking is very simple. Choose an excursion, fill in the form or contact us via WhatsApp, email or phone. We will confirm availability, send details and the price, and the booking will be completed once payment is confirmed. Before departure you will receive a voucher and the exact hotel pick-up time.
Are excursions led by guides who speak Polish?
We work only with licensed guides. Depending on the excursion, we offer guides who speak Polish, English or other languages. Information about available languages can be found in each excursion description.
What are the cancellation or rescheduling terms for an excursion?
In most cases, an excursion can be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge up to 24 hours before the planned departure. Detailed terms are sent in the booking confirmation.
What should I bring on optional excursions in Egypt?
We recommend bringing: a passport or copy, water, sunscreen, a hat, sunglasses, comfortable shoes and cash for souvenirs or tips. For sea trips it is worth bringing swimwear and a towel.
Is hotel transfer included in the excursion price?
For most excursions, round-trip transfer from the hotel is included in the price. For hotels located far from the centre, a small surcharge may apply – we always inform you about this before confirming the booking.
