1. Duration
The transfer time depends on the location of your hotel. Detailed information will be sent one day before the planned trip at 7:00 PM. The stated duration of the trip is approximate and may be extended or shortened depending on the day and the trip route.
2. Cancellation policy
Trips to Cairo and Luxor can be cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours before the planned start time. Other trips can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the start time.
For trips to Cairo and Luxor, a 50% deposit is required at least 3 days before the trip in order to confirm the reservation. The deposit can be paid via Revolut or by card through our payment platform. The remaining amount is payable on the day of the trip by card or in cash. If the reservation is cancelled later than the time specified above, the deposit is non-refundable.
Some trips require a 30% deposit.
Some trips do not require any deposit.
When paying by card, the electronic payment platform charges a 3% commission.
3. Complaint policy
Complaints should be submitted to info@czwartapiramida.pl. They are reviewed within 14 business days. If the complaint is accepted, the funds are refunded to the Client's bank account within 7 business days.
