I. General terms

  • Terms and Conditions – these Terms and Conditions
  • Service – the website "czwartapiramida.pl", available at https://czwartapiramida.pl
  • Service Provider – the company "FOURTH PYRAMIDA FOR INTERIOR TRIPS CO." with its registered office at: Kawther 1800/1 Hurghada EG, Tax ID: 771-011-725,
  • Service Recipient – any natural person who accesses the Service and uses the services provided through the Service by the Service Provider.
  • Electronic Communication – communication between the parties via electronic mail (e-mail) and contact forms available on the website.

II. General provisions

  • These Terms and Conditions define the rules for the operation and use of the Service and specify the scope of rights and obligations of Service Recipients and the Service Provider related to the use of the Service.
  • The subject of the Service Provider’s services is to provide free tools in the form of the Service, allowing Service Recipients to access content in the form of posts, articles, audiovisual materials, web applications and electronic forms.
  • Any content, articles and information that may contain features of tips or advice published within the Service are only a general collection of information and are not addressed to individual Service Recipients. The Service Provider is not responsible for their use by Service Recipients.
  • The Service Recipient assumes full responsibility for the manner in which materials made available within the Service are used, including their use in accordance with applicable law.
  • The Service Provider gives no warranty as to the usefulness of the materials placed in the Service.
  • The Service Provider is not liable for any damages incurred by Service Recipients of the Service or third parties in connection with the use of the Service. All risks related to the use of the Service, in particular the use and application of information placed in the Service, are borne by the Service Recipient using the Service.

III. Conditions of using the Service

  • Use of the Service by each Service Recipient is free of charge and voluntary.
  • Service Recipients are obliged to read these Terms and Conditions and other documents forming an integral part thereof and must accept all of their provisions in order to continue using the Service.
  • Service Recipients may not use any personal data obtained from the Service for marketing purposes.
  • Technical requirements for using the Service:
    • a device with a display enabling websites to be displayed,
    • internet connection,
    • any web browser that displays websites in accordance with the standards and provisions of the W3C Consortium and supports websites made available in HTML5,
    • JavaScript enabled,
    • Cookie support enabled.
  • In order to ensure the security of the Service Provider, Service Recipients and other Service Recipients using the Service, all Service Recipients using the Service should follow generally accepted online safety rules,
  • The following actions performed personally by Service Recipients or using software are prohibited:
    • decompilation and analysis of the source code without written consent,
    • causing excessive load on the Service server without written consent,
    • attempting to detect security vulnerabilities in the Service and server configuration without written consent,
    • attempting to upload or inject code, scripts and software into the server and database that may harm the Service software, other Service Recipients or the Service Provider,
    • attempting to upload or inject code, scripts and software into the server and database that may track or steal data of Service Recipients or the Service Provider,
    • taking any actions aimed at damaging, blocking the operation of the Service or preventing the purpose for which the Service operates from being fulfilled.
  • In the event of detecting an actual or potential cybersecurity incident or GDPR breach, Service Recipients should first report this fact to the Service Provider in order to quickly remove the problem / threat and protect the interests of all Service Recipients of the Service.

IV. Conditions and rules of registration

  • Service Recipients may use the Service without registration.
  • Service Recipients must be registered and have an account in the Service in order to use additional services provided in the Service, available only to logged-in Service Recipients.
  • Registration in the Service is voluntary.
  • Registration in the Service is free of charge.
  • Each Service Recipient may have only one account in the Service.
  • Technical requirements related to account registration:
    • having an individual e-mail account,
  • Service Recipients registering in the Service consent to the processing of their personal data by the Service Provider to the extent to which such data has been entered into the Service during the registration process and during its later changes or deletion.
  • The Service Provider has the right to suspend or delete Service Recipient accounts at its own discretion, thereby preventing or limiting access to particular or all services, content, materials and resources of the Service, in particular if the Service Recipient violates the Terms and Conditions, generally applicable laws, principles of social coexistence, acts to the detriment of the Service Provider or other Service Recipients, the legitimate interest of the Service Provider or third parties cooperating or not cooperating with the Service Provider.
  • All services of the Service may be changed in terms of their content and scope, added or removed, temporarily suspended or access to them may be limited at the free decision of the Service Provider, without the possibility for Service Recipients to object in this regard.
  • Additional security rules regarding account use:
    • Registered Service Recipients are prohibited from sharing their account login and password with third parties.
    • The Service Provider has no right and will never request the Service Recipient’s password for the selected account.
  • Account deletion:
    • Each Service Recipient with an account in the Service may delete the account from the Service independently.
    • Service Recipients may do this after logging in to the panel in the Service.
    • Deleting the account results in the deletion of all Service Recipient identification data and anonymisation of the username and e-mail address.

V. Conditions of providing the Newsletter service

  • Service Recipients may use the Service without subscribing to the Newsletter.
  • Subscription to the Newsletter service is voluntary.
  • Subscription to the Newsletter service is free of charge.
  • Technical requirements related to the Newsletter service:
    • having an individual e-mail account,
  • Conditions of providing the Newsletter service:
    • providing an individual e-mail account in the electronic form,
    • verification of the provided e-mail account by opening the link sent to it,
    • consent to receive e-mail notifications,
  • Scope of the Newsletter service:
    • notifications about new updates, posts, competitions and other promotional campaigns related to the services of the Service,
    • notifications about promotional campaigns of Service partners (marketing messages),
  • Unsubscribing from the Newsletter service:
    • Each Service Recipient subscribed to the Newsletter service may unsubscribe from the service independently.
    • Service Recipients may do this using the link included in each e-mail message sent.
    • Unsubscribing from the Newsletter service results in the removal of the provided e-mail address from the Service Provider’s database.

VI. Conditions of communication and provision of other services in the Service

  • The Service provides services and tools enabling Service Recipients to interact with the Service in the form of:
    • Contact form
    • Commenting on posts and articles
  • The Service provides contact details in the form of:
    • E-mail address
  • In the event of contact between the Service Recipient and the Service Provider, the personal data of Service Recipients will be processed in accordance with the "Privacy Policy", which forms an integral part of the Terms and Conditions.
  • Rules for posting content by Service Recipients in the Service:
    • It is prohibited to post content in the Service that is offensive or defamatory towards the Service Provider, other Service Recipients, third parties or third-party entities,
    • It is prohibited to post text, graphic, audiovisual materials, scripts, programs and other works in the Service for which the Service Recipient does not have a licence or for which the author of economic rights has not consented to free publication,
    • It is prohibited to post vulgar, pornographic, erotic content and content inconsistent with Polish and European law, as well as links to websites containing such content,
    • It is prohibited to post scripts and programs that excessively burden the server, illegal software, software used to breach security measures and other similar activities, as well as links to websites containing such materials,
    • It is prohibited to post marketing content and advertisements for other commercial services, products, services or commercial websites.

VII. Collection of data about Service Recipients

In order to properly provide services through the Service, protect the legal interest of the Service Provider and ensure compliance of the Service with applicable law, the Service Provider collects and processes certain data about Users through the Service.

In order to properly provide services, the Service uses and stores certain anonymous information about the Service Recipient in cookies.

The scope, purposes, method and rules of data processing are available in the annexes to the Terms and Conditions: „GDPR Information Obligation” and in the „Privacy Policy„, which form an integral part of the Terms and Conditions.

  • Data collected automatically:
    For the efficient operation of the Service and for statistics, we automatically collect certain data about the Service Recipient. This data includes:
    • IP address
    • Browser type
    • Screen resolution
    • Approximate location
    • Opened subpages of the Service
    • Time spent on the relevant subpage of the Service
    • Type of operating system
    • Address of the previous subpage
    • Referring page address
    • Browser language
    • Internet connection speed
    • Internet service provider
    • Anonymous demographic data based on Google Analytics data:
      • Gender
      • Age
      • Interests

    The above data is obtained through the Google Analytics script and is anonymous.

  • Data collected during registration:
    Username, first name and surname, e-mail address

    In the case of logged-in Service Recipients who have an account in the Service, an identifier of the Service Recipient linked to the Service Recipient’s account may be stored in cookies saved on the Service Recipient’s device.

  • Data collected when subscribing to the newsletter:
    e-mail address

VIII. Copyright

  • The owner of the Service and the copyright to the Service is the Service Provider.
  • Some data placed in the Service is protected by copyrights belonging to companies, institutions and third parties not connected in any way with the Service Provider and is used on the basis of obtained licences or free licences.
  • Pursuant to the Act of 4 February 1994 on Copyright and Related Rights, it is prohibited to use, copy, reproduce in any form or store in search systems, except for the Google, Bing, Yahoo, NetSprint, DuckDuckGo, Facebook and LinkedIn search engines, any articles, descriptions, photos and any other content, graphic materials, video or audio materials available in the Service without written consent or consent provided via Electronic Communication from their legal owner.
  • In accordance with the Act of 4 February 1994 on Copyright and Related Rights, simple press information, understood as information alone without the author’s comment and assessment, is not protected. The author understands this as the possibility of using information from texts published in the Service, but not copying entire articles or parts of articles unless this has been indicated in a specific material made available in the Service.

IX. Changes to the Terms and Conditions

  • All provisions of the Terms and Conditions may be unilaterally changed by the Service Provider at any time, without giving reasons.
  • Information about changes to the Terms and Conditions will be sent electronically to Service Recipients registered in the Service.
  • In the event of changes to the Terms and Conditions, their provisions enter into force immediately after publication for Service Recipients who do not have an account in the Service.
  • In the event of changes to the Terms and Conditions, their provisions enter into force with a 7-day transition period for Service Recipients who have accounts in the Service registered before the change to the Terms and Conditions.
  • It is assumed that each Service Recipient who continues to use the Service after changes to the Terms and Conditions accepts them in full.

X. Final provisions

  • The Service Provider is not responsible in any way, to the extent permitted by applicable law, for content submitted and published in the Service by Service Recipients, including its truthfulness, reliability, authenticity or legal defects.
  • The Service Provider will make every effort to ensure that the services of the Service are offered continuously. However, the Service Provider is not liable for disruptions caused by force majeure, unlawful interference by Service Recipients, third parties or the activity of external automated programs.
  • The Service Provider reserves the right to change any information placed in the Service at a time chosen by the Service Provider, without the need to notify Service Recipients using the Service in advance.
  • The Service Provider reserves the right to temporarily, completely or partially disable the Service in order to improve it, add services or perform maintenance, without prior notice to Service Recipients.
  • The Service Provider reserves the right to permanently disable the Service without prior notice to Service Recipients.
  • The Service Provider reserves the right to assign, in whole or in part, all of its rights and obligations related to the Service without the consent of Service Recipients and without the possibility for them to raise any objections.

  • In all matters related to the operation of the Service, the Service Provider should be contacted using one of the following forms of contact:

    Contact using the indicated means of communication is intended only for matters related to the Service.

XI. Duration

The transfer time depends on the location of your hotel. Detailed information will be sent one day before the planned trip at 7:00 PM. The stated duration of the trip is approximate and may be extended or shortened depending on the day and the trip route.

XII. Cancellation policy

Some trips do not require any deposit.

Trips to Cairo and Luxor can be cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours before the planned start time. Other trips can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the start time.

In order to confirm the reservation, a 50% deposit is required at least 3 days before the trip. The deposit can be paid via Revolut or by card through our payment platform. The remaining amount is payable on the day of the trip by card or in cash. If the reservation is cancelled later than the time specified above, the deposit is non-refundable.

XIII. Complaint policy

Complaints should be submitted to info@czwartapiramida.pl. They are reviewed within 14 business days.
